If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your purchase for refund or replacement within 30 days of the original shipment date. You may want to insure your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you paid for your order by credit card, and are returning, not replacing the item, a credit will be issued upon receipt of the product.

In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible but not later than a week after delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If any damage has occurred, please keep all articles in their original packaging, as we might need it for insurance purposes.
